They directly coordinate the PLE residential painting crew and are 100% dedicated to your project, overseeing on-site efficiency and ensuring things run smoothly and on schedule. From the start, we’ll be transparent about our operations. Your Site Super will provide regular updates, respond to your inquiries, and be proactive about keeping you up to date so that there are no surprises. If something in the budget or timeline needs to be adjusted, you’ll know—in advance. Many of our Site Supers speak more than one language, and we’ll do our best to match you up and provide language support to ensure everyone’s communicating clearly.

Quality equipment makes our job easier, faster, and it ensures you get the award-winning finish that your home deserves. If a specialized piece of equipment is required for your residential painting project, we’ll account for that in the scope and budget. Based on your color choices we’ll work with you and select the types of paints that best suit your project, taking surface materials, light exposure, weather, heritage or architectural specifications, your budget and other factors into account.
